کینگستون، درایوهای SSD mSATA پرظرفیت خود را معرفی کرد

درحال حاضر کوچکترین حافظه های موجود برای کامپیوترها، درایوهای mSATA هستند که با ابعادی حدود 30 در 51 میلیمتر، و با وزنی کمتر از 7 گرم، در نوت بوک های فعلی و احتمالا در تبلت های آینده قابل استفاده اند.

امروز Kingston سری SM200 خود را که شامل 5 درایو با ظرفیت های 30 و 60 و 120 و 240 و نهایتا 480 گیگابایت هست را معرفی کرد که امکان خواندن و نوشتن اطلاعات با سرعتهای بالای 500 مگابایت برثانیه را دارا هستند.

این حافظه های SSD همچنین دارای مصرف پایینی بوده و در حالت آماده باش یا idle حدود 0.4 وات مصرف کرده و در حالت های خواندن و نوشتن اطلاعات به ترتیب 1.2 و 1.8 وات انرژی مصرف میکنند.
